PMC Services was founded out of the need for a quality maintenance company to service the homeowners associations managed by Priestley Management Company. Over the years, we have built a reputable vendor base. These vendor relationships and our volume of work allow us to get priority prices and service for you.

Our field operations managers have a wealth of construction knowledge and maintenance experience. They see your projects through from start to finish by choosing the best vendor for the project and overseeing the project to completion.

PMC Services is an integral part of the association management team. We meet with Boards to review proposals, provide project updates and feedback, plan future capital projects, and offer advice whenever you need it.
